I took at look at the https://www.blocksafefoundation.com/ page and googled around for the articles that were mentioned on the bottom.

Hire a marketing guy that knows the crypto world because this is poorly handled Also none of the articles that are floating around actually link to the ICO where investors can invest...

Yes isn't crypto a wonderful place when you can raise btc from investors and then in the same blink of an eye you can dump all over them with your free coins that you brought in the sale and that the investors gave as well. Stop being greedy and funding these pigs people.

We have all the coins, we are just communicating the projected breakdown of the tokens to the community. The reason 10% ,that is the estimate to bring the project to beta . The 40% is set aside for the Foundation as a reserve for what ever is need to accomplish the mission of making Blocksafe network a success. Obviously that mean if it takes 30% to bring Blocksafe network to beta then that 1st priority. The Blocksafe foundation is responsible for reassuring the projects is a success.
