Hi As the title says.. What do you suggest mining on 2016?
I have been mning Monero for the last couple of days (using my CPU/GPU using software Minergate.. (maximum i get is from 10 to 40 H/s) have only mined 0.011 having it on for 3 days straight day and night.. so i dont know...
What do you suggest i do for speeding Monero mining? or should i switch to another coin?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I think its pretty pointless mining these days, even with a gpu. Anything that is worth something usually has a high diff, you need to get in on something early, try watching the altcoin announcments section and hope the one you pick is massive eventually, although beware there has been cases of people downloading software for new coins that has contained malware.

Forget CPU mining, only do it if there is new altcoin which is not infested with stupid botnet farms, good example is steemit but they have different problem, you can not cash out now Would be gr8 if someone take a concept from steemit release a POW CPU coin which can not be mined by pools and botnets, the this coin would have a big chance to be profitable and usable by honest miners which pay electricity and respect coin GPU mining profitability is down day by day, as usual

Do you think it will not get higher?

Do you think it will not get higher? Monero is basically a CPU botnet coin. So it is not worth mining it with GPU in the long term. I will just mine Ethereum.

HODL coin is one of the newest CPU only minable coins but you have to hold the coins for at least a year before you can spend them. There is a mining calculator here: http://samuelpj.github.io/hodl-mining-calc/Also Pebblecoin, its cryptonight but to avoid botnets you have to have at least 13GB or ram to mine it!

Well from the looks of it for time being ETH/LTC/DOGE/LSK/DASH, are trending nicely and I think for this year those coins are the best to mine while there is a long line of coins just waiting to be mined, still these coins are most popular among others because of the price and of course exchange volumes.

For the ETC and ETH, the profitability is very similar as miners and moving between the two all the time at present.

For GPU mining, just stick with eth. On a monthly average basis, I doubt you'll find another coin that provides a significantly higher return.

If you want to mine Monero, from what I know a CPU with AES-NI support have pretty similar hash rate as a GPU and the CPU power consumption is much lower. With the rise of XMR price it may be profitable to mine it now, but I expect the price to fall/correct some more, so you have to keep your eyes on the price as much as you can.
I've heard nice words on ETH/ETC GPU mining, it may worth a try (I lack the hardware for that now).

if the difficulty of the Monero mining riese again, it is only profitable for the people with very cheap electricity prices.

Zcash
ZCash is not very profitalble to mine. now. If you have options, it is more profitable to mine the Ethereum now.

Best coin to mine would be Zcash at the moment as it is getting stabilized and we can expect to see it gaining more price in coming months. XMR is another candidate. ETH is getting pretty hard to mine with 2 GB cards.

ETH, Monero, Zcash in that order on 470 4g stock clocks with 1500 straps.
I think monero is a winner because of the low power consumption but it is cold as balls so the extra heat isn't a problem. Depends also on your gpu arrangement as well to which coin is the best to mine, for YOU.
All coins are in toilet

Why not mine with your hard drive instead? That's probably the best thing you can do. Search for a coin such as BURST. They use Proof of Space by plotting data on the drive in order to measure it's capaciy and pay you in that way instead.
