For example, an asian trainer suddenly comes online on europe region, wouldn't niantic raise an alarm on this? I'm not sure about this though but I hope you got what I'm saying here.

Im from asia and from my house to my workplace is around 15km per trip so it should be easy for me to hatch your 10km egg. It is advisable to have bunch of them to be placed in incubator at once so it ahould be much more easier to hatch all of them at once. No hacking or fake gps whatsoever , it is pure legit
