There's no good way of doing that.

You can sell on localbitcoins, but it's not safe and somewhat traceable, depends on the level of untraceability you want to obtain.

These are still a thing? I rarely see them these days. I'd stick with BTC rather than codes. You could look into funding a debit card and withdrawing cash. A few don't require any ID up to a certain figure.

this is not a good way of becoming untraceable. you should go on localbitsoins and find someone trustworthy to trade with directly using cash for example instead.

but for what you seek:
- deposit BTC on btc-e : transaction (network) fee
- make btc- code from your bitcoin and sell that code for cash
- or exchange btc to fiat : exchange fee of 0.2%
- make btc-e code from your fiat balance and sell that code for cash.
