When will the new software be online?  Why don't you just move to a software like XenForo?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I agree. Spending a million dollar on a new software was not wise.

It could be considered as too much since we don't know how much the other software's (vBulletin, XenForo,etc...) cost but If he paid for it that much, I guess It's worth it.
Here are BadBear thoughts about this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=912029.msg10020999#msg10020999 and he got a valid point.
