I think dev has some roadmap and plans to achieve at different intervals. However, it is people who hold FCH decide how to trade. It hurts some people for their losses. They have to wait a long time.

I am not good with pictures but if you are talking about https://c-cex.com/?p=fch-btc you will need more than your quoted price in order to reach 2000 sats but what is the assurance that it can sustain it.
