No I wouldn't say no one, but be very selective. Hero and legendary members with green trust have been known to scam for less than what you're looking to exchange, and PayPal is reversible so escrow is useless.
You could use Circle or coinbase, but I'm not sure what country you're in. You could try your luck here, I'm just saying be careful. Lots of scammers here.
