It is nice to see that altcoin is supporting the poker field, but downloading the software and then playing poker game is very old style, and more over no one will take risk of downloading software as it may contain virus or any other malicious threat also. I will prefer to play online then to download the software and play.

Yeah right but we have an option either to ignore it or not.. also we have a virus total to scan the file if the software contains malicious content or malware or virus..

PokerStars is safe, and so is their client. I personally use it so I can vouch that there are no problems associated with it. However, the initial link of pokerstars-c.com was a little sketchy but given that OP has changed it to the regular site, I see no problems that could be incurred in the future.

First place gets at the very least 0.00369 (with 100 players in the tournament) which isn't too bad for a freeroll, especially considering the size.

As well:

Each participant has the opportunity to double their prize, if make fee in 150 PostCoin.

which isn't bad considering that it's only a fee of 0.000369 BTC, which is about 21 cents USD.

I assume this is NLHE, right? That means the tournament shouldn't last too long, provided decent enough play

Can anyone vouch for this of a higher rank because to me that looks like a very shady download. Do it at your own risk people and please respond back with scans if you do. I love poker and would be more than willing to take part.

It's the biggest online poker client in the world, so you either trust or you don't. The rest was just propaganda for his coin, but it's just a forum link.

Wow!  I didn't realize postcoin was getting into poker.  I just played the freeroll on Pokerstars in the homegames section.  It's awesome because players from the USA can still play on Pokersstars in the homegames.  The homegames  provide US players an excellent opportunity to play against international players that we otherwise would not have the opportunity to play against.  Oh, I won by the way.
