just makes me feel even more like you're just accepting non-reversible payments so that a scammed payment cannot be reversed. I would certainly want to be proven wrong though.

We are accepting only bitcoin payements at the moment because we support bitcoin, and it is easy to integrate. Contrary, We didn't integrate paypal yet due to the limitations.

Honestly, your the one who looks like a scammer right now. He has asked you to provide the tx ID of the refund transaction multiple times, and avoiding that question doesn't help. Showing the transaction ID of the refund has nothing to do with sending a refund multiple times. Any sense you say? As much I might hate PayPal they have some means and regulation in place to protect both Seller and Customer.
It is good option when dealing with services with 'unconfirmed' reputation.
