Dev - I have a problem - I compiled your wallet from Github and used the nodes you refer to in the OP but the wallet is downloading the old block chain dating back to May of 2016 and I see the two pools you have listed in the Op are only up to block 6300 or so - how do I correct this?

If the first transaction had confirmed in your wallet but not on our system we could possibly help.

What you are seeing is a network problem, nothing to do with the exchange. If the transaction is not broadcast properly from your wallet our exchange wallet cannot 'see' it.

You will need to get advice from the developer and explain that the transaction is not confirming in your own wallet.
