I haven't been able to access Dwolla's website. Anyone else?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Yep, I initiated a rather large transaction last night that has been deducted from my available balance, but not sent to the recipient. I'm slightly concerned.

Yes they are down. Not sure why or what is being done about it. I got money locked up in there. Not happy.
