Help me! Why is it they call gambling a game?

Gambling is a game as we are mostly playing dice, poker, cards and not actually doing something productive that could give anyone any result from what we do. We also predict for cricket matches and that's again called gambling as nobody can actually get anything from those predictions except for the gamblers. It's all for the sake of earning money but is not considered as an investment.

its a game that basically can allow you make a lot of money if you are extremely lucky but most probably it will make you lose

You mean earning money or hustling money isn't productive ? You make me re-think my life choices.
The end result is the most crucial part of our lives,money.If you don't think making money/losing money doesn't give any results,I got a bad news for your my dear.

to m in investment as we pay for something to buy, but in gambling as there is nothing in gambling for which we are investing, but it is just like game as two team play games for nothing. therefore gambling is a game and also a good method of earning money.

because we play a games and with money involve then its called gambling a game. this is not money investment, its just a game with money, and there are many games on gambling and not just one games.

Games are fun and they want you to have fun. Casinos want you to feel gambling is fun and games. So that you "play" more but really just fuel their profits. So they make it feel as much of a game as they can.

I hardly think that 10% of real gamblers would gamble for fun, I mean what is the fun in loosing your money ? I am not quite sure.

Yes though gambling was made for entertainment but since the involvement of money everyone has started to just starve for profits and hardly anyone plays on casino's for fun anymore.

In my opinion if you play gambling, it is called game but if you have own website gambling and take the fees from there, it is called investments and i think depend on to us. Because on gambling there are choice what will we doing.

Depends what type of gambling you are doing. I mean if you are doing arbitrage or trade sort of betting then yes you can call it investment. But if you purely dependent on luck and picks from tipsters then sorry you cannot call it investment. I think gambling is opposite of investment in fact.
