I want to find out why new investors (newbies) purchased Bitcoins in the last two weeks. Don't be afraid to post your reason (keep it short), the more people answer, the more we all can learn.

I just did it coz it sounds interesting. Don't aim at making a fortune, but to have fun and beer money.

I bought Bitcoins because:

A. I think their effectiveness and scarcity as a cryptocurrency will be value.

I hope for that value to rise and use it for myself, and maybe exchange to others someday if I feel the price is right.

So I could invest in bitcoin exchanges
Got some at 85.50 a few days ago
Things near 100 for buy now
88 for selling them back to them so I guess also price appreciation
Wish I got more haha
Believing in Bitcoins and it's ability to change the world
