Help plz armory won't start online

I just got funds transfer to armory and now the wallet doesn't get online which means I have no access to the coins now does the wallet show a balance


Plz help,I put 5 in ther re so it's a lot of money

Step 1: Download Bitcoin Core, install and start it, let it sync the whole chain.

Step 2: Download and install Armory, start it with default settings, let it do its thing, post log files if it fails.

I did download the bitcoin thing and it didnt even download the block chain.. someone please help

Install Bitcoin Core, start Bitcoin-Qt, let it sync. If it fails to download the blockchain, ask for help in the support section:

We only deal with direct Armory issues here, you are having trouble at a lower level so far.

well like i said bitcoin core won't download the block chain either, it just goes directly to the wallet without getting online

Something is off with your setup. You should post your debug.log on the technical support forum.

sorry just round out.. now blockcore just say synchronizing with network at the bottom

how long does it take the blockchain to download? im' not sure if it's even downloading or not

I you installed with defaults, look at the database size and see it change in size. (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin )
Bitcoin Core took about 3 days to download and is 90GB bit.
