even if you are new herem you need an escrow is a must to avoid this sadly situation were the thief run away

They can be also simply sock puppet made by scammer to gain some trust or to seems a trusted user.

if he don't get any reply here or in mp it's a 100% scam , probably he will gain some red trust but just because he sell often btc account.
