Scammed by zuggu-1

I want to buy bitify account from zuggu-1 , deal was 10$ for account and I told him I can't go first or I can send 5$ first then send me account detail then i send last 5$. after I send 5$ he just send me username and password without email, when I ask to send me email says to send last 5$. Now I ask for refund but says wont send my 5$ back

Why haven't you used escrow for this purchase? If you have used an escrow both would be happy right now. If you are not going to use escrow that means you trust the seller. In this case that seller should be a known person y the community. And the seller doesnt have to trust you. If you don't trust the seller, use escrow. Simple.

There are many free escrows, 5 usd is a little, just be careful that scammer is even scamming 5 usd, how poor he is..

I have send him all credentials  and i have changed  mail for him

but when he got everything changed he disconnected and don't want sent my other 5 bucks

& he forget he have send me password for his mail

after waiting without respond i login to his mail and get my account back

will change mail when i get my 5bucks

I think that now zuggu-1 it's better you give back this 5$ and close the debate. Because you have both half payment and account as yourself stated here.

Or even use an escrow at least to secure account/cash before trading again!
