All ponzi sites have the same storyline. At first, you'll need to do some deposit to withdraw their "bonus" sign up. And then you'll deposit and wait for a long time and then you'll get tired of waiting for your ROI so you'll promote your ref code to fasten up the process of getting your ROI. Right before you get your ROI, they'll runaway by using lame excuses like "We got hacked", etc.

The funny thing is, I assure you that if HashOcean came back (regaining their trust is incredibly implausible and probably not worth discussing), even if the company didn't make any moves for reconciliation to those who were scammed, hundreds more greedy kids will flock to them again. Some of these services really come back, just with a massive revamp on site design but still the same scripts used. You must NEVER trust a cloudmining site that can't provide the faces of who are they alongside links that can substantiate their claims plus a recently-taken picture of their hardware to mine the said coins. First they run the first website named hashprofit from Russia, then after some pause they come back just 1 month after they got down hashprofit, in January 2015 they came out with Hashocean and this time they run their website triple the time of hashprofit 1.5 year (hashprofit was only 6 months).

We cannot take out the fact that their are still newbie's that doesn't know the scheme of cloudminings and we cannot really tell them to stop since they only listen to those who show them some proof, so provably the scamming incident  will still happen, and its very hard to stop this one since the hyip makers are untrackable and so by that we cannot sue them if they run our money.

This forum does absolutely the best job in warning against such schemes. Any new website is listed here as people ask is it legit or not? You have to judge by a few factors yourself before coming here to see (although coming in this section is highly advised).

These factors are, they should show video proof that they own mining equipment. They must share their pool data and info. If they do they can be legit, if they don't show you these data and only vain promises then stay away from them.

Most of the times like is the case with the creation of certain scam coins, it's the same group of people involved in numerous other scam sites. One "project" goes down, the others keep running, and a new one will pop up.

They do this because they see that there is a lot money to be made as people blindly invest their hard earned cash into anything that is promising them certain rewards. These are the people keeping scams alive.

As far as the trust part goes, he meant to say that if they openly return (which they will never do), that they won't be getting back the level of trust they were having before they went down.

First Cloud mining sites are scam. Secondly if hashocean come back why would anyone invest in it again just to lose the money again. First time its a mistake and doing same mistake 2nd time, becomes a sin

Regardless of cloud mining services being legit or scam, Bitcoin cloud mining simply isn't profitable. I even doubt that you'll ever get to see 75% of your initial investment back.

If you look at altcoin related cloud mining contracts, then in some cases they offer a better profit opportunity than is the case with Bitcoin, but again, you are not sure you'll ever come to the 1:1 mark where after that you'll walk into the pure profit zone.

People should just avoid cloud mining. It's not worth the time waiting (if you ever happen to make profit at all).

I  also heard the same news about 2-3 times after the scam of the site hashocean ( the king of cloudmining ) but after the scam of 100$ with me I forget every mining type sites .

I think the only way they can earn back 50% of the trust is by returning all those funds they ran with, and possibly pay the amounts people would have made if they were online all this time, only then a few percentage of people would stick with them if they ever come back.
But it is highly unlikely that they would come back, especially with the same name, they can come back with a new name and scam millions of others but not with the same name.

we pray they come back into business and not only into business but been able to pay back the investors capital.the way they run away from beginning has dirty their images and investors are going to find it very difficult to trust them again.

Damn why you are praying? For what? After all still you are expecting that they will pay back all the investors? They already gave dirt to their name so what's more left to them? Pay back all investors to regained trust? Do you think they are dumb? Move on mate.
