Zappo wallet provides ATM also. I think it can be used worldwide. It is accessible in Pakistan.
Zappo? Are you sure about the name? I think you mean Xapo because they have a physical card that comes with a wallet when you sign up with them. Your welcome.

Do these ATM's take fees? Not any in England I dont think.
They must take a fee of some sort so to keep operating. The miner's fee atleast for them to send you bitcoin. A small fee similar to our transaction fee can be levied. Even debit/credit cards have certain limitations and fees were collected in ATM's for withdrawal of money. Haven't used ATM, but saw a bitcoin card which can be used similar to debit cards in limited shops. In most cases it is so, and more so if you try to withdraw cash with a bank card using an ATM which belongs to another bank, not the bank that issued your card. But if you withdraw money from the ATM of your bank, you typically don't pay any fees unless the amount is above some limit. And there are banks that pay commissions for you even if you withdraw funds from any ATM you may encounter.

ATMs in our country doesn't have fees if you use them on the ATMs of the bank that issued the ATM card/debit card. But if you use them on another bank's ATM then that is another story. They charge around $0.3 per withdrawal and $0.01 for balance inquiry. So here, you have to find your bank's ATM so you won't have to pay for the fees. If there would be a Bitcoin ATM, I think it not have fees. Because the transaction is like currency exchange. Exchanges earn from the exchange rate. They buy low and sell high. That should cover the fees of operating a Bitcoin ATM. Chances are they don't have a direct fee when it comes to transactions or anything, however, I would be very, very surprised if they don't at least have some kind of proxy fee through what value they sell their Bitcoin at. It HAS to be above spot price, otherwise there is essentially no incoming revenue for that business and chances are it is going to die soon.

Here in my country we don't have at least one bitcoin ATM we still need to sell our bitcoin and convert to fiat although we have to do this process first at least bitcoin is not illegal in our country and it will be nice if there's any place here that has a ATM like that. And of course there should at least one or two

It HAS to be above spot price, otherwise there is essentially no incoming revenue for that business and chances are it is going to die soon. As you said, they are most likely selling bitcoins at a premium to the spot price, else they would be quickly out of business. I think it is very much like retail currency exchanges that might not levy any commissions but still be a highly profitable business earning decent profits through the spreads to the current market price.

Indeed for now bitcoin atm are not available in every country, because it is bitcoin is a digital currency that has no parent. So this all could not be obtained if no one is interested in creating or help spread the growth of the bitcoin to all countries or all over the world. There are indeed some countries existing bitcoin ATM, yet it is the ATM made by those who want to see the bitcoin into digital currency and not the company that makes the bitcoin

I just made a google search while ago and then I've found that there's only Bitcoin ATM here in my country it could be a good news for me that there's at least one but the bad thing is that it is far from the place where I am residing and it is located inside a hotel so it will awkward for me to try to use it as I am not actually going inside a hotel

CoinDesk and CoinATMRadar are the best known websites on which you can look for ATMs. If you want to withdraw money, that can help but also search on Google for ATMs in your local language. I found hundreds in my country (but I can only deposit money on them). I hope I helped.

There is no any bitcoin ATM in my country as the users of bitcoin are currently lower in number in our country I hope if the the number of them will increase we will also have one ATM in our country. Currently we are relying on normal ATMs with our bitcoin ATM cards.

I agree, Usually Bitcoin ATMs are only available in some big and well-known countries just like Singapore, US, and some countries from Europe and maybe there's a one Bitcoin ATM in your country just like what I have found out in my country but for sure it will be located at Luxurious Place just like in Makati, Philippines .

There is not a single ATM in my entire country, it would be nice to at least have one and being part of the bitcoin revolution, but unfortunately that is simply not the case.
