what a mess, you could avoid this only by paying your dues and dont trying to get free loans from people like you do

He says he has offered to pay you "your dues". It looks like you're just making excuses for grabbing a better deal in a shonky fashion.

Its convenient to him to make this appear like this, I never considered that avalon mine before 27 march.

He's a couple days late on a loan and now you're refusing to accept any payment?

more than one month late.

How can be possible if our new agreement ended up few hours ago?

just look at the date from batch 2 wave two.  initial loan repay was 3 days after that, the second date is public, and you missed it too

lets find a way through this, this is the important part, but dont consider the machine yours yet, cause its not, you never had the coins to put in it in the first place, again, the payment went from my own btc address.

Could someone summarize that Portuguese nonsense because all I understand is a date saying:

ThiagoCMC prometeu pagar até dia 27/03/2013, 60.00 Bitcoins.

Considering 27/03/2013 the repayment day, then ThiagoCMC was late 2 days and now you (rudrigorc2) refuse any payment and want to keep 120 BTC worth of hardware? Unacceptable and totally inappropriate. Add a small late fee like 1% / day he was late to the 60 BTC and give him his avalons. Otherwise I consider you a thieve and you according to my opinion deserve a scammer tag.

And regarding this:

[...] but dont consider the machine yours yet, cause its not, you never had the coins to put in it in the first place [...]

He took the loan and bought the Avalons, taking the whole risk of avalon to default / ASICs getting shiped broke / ... whatsoever. If you wanted an avalon you could have asked for a 50/50 ownership split in the beginning but that was too risky for you and you gave him the loan. Now you see a possibility to scam 2 Avalons for half the price. Thats how I and the rest of the community understand this story.

wow! this was some serious drama. i feel a bit guilty for enjoying it so much. all is supposedly well now. it sure was nice of BitSyncom to step in and put this drama to bed https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=160527.msg1701978#msg1701978

i gotta say, rudrigorc2 sure was quick to cough up that payment address AFTER he lost ALL leverage.

if you had a gpu that could work that fast, you wouldn't even need an Avalon. LMAO

@ThiagoCMC
i suggest you just pay this man his 60 BTC and never speak to him again.
feel better knowing that you publicly outed a scammer
best of luck to you and your 2 money trees Grin

I made that without notice to you, just to see if you show up with some coins, turns out that I could also catch one of your lies
