Hello guys.
I am facing a problem with xapo wallet.When I try to send coins it says unable to send.I also uploaded my identity proof.What can I do now? Can I directly mail to support to move my coins as I don't want to use their service again?

can you give us photos or infos in details what were you doing?

i am using xapo and i never had such problems, maybe you are doing something incorrectly.

Never use xapo wallet, but you need to ask their support first, not us, we couldn't help you because we can't access their system to see the situation

Can you provide a screenshot for a much clearer view and look of the problem? Or any else that can give enlightment to your concern.

There are lots of negative feedbacks about XAPO in the past but I didn't have any problems with their service and even using it until now.

There are always problems with the wallet no one can tell me that a wallet is that much secured that everyone can use it without getting problems so if you think that is true please go xapo and use it i dont think so.

There are lots of negative feedbacks about XAPO in the past but I didn't have any problems with their service and even using it until now.



Just be careful dude, maybe oneday it will be a scam, just keep your fund in another reliable site.

Are you saying you cant move your coins on your xapo wallet to another wallet you have? Does the amount you were trying to move is big? I just want to tell you bitcoin user should be anonymous and there is no need to give your identity just to be able to use a bitcoin service like xapo. Be very careful next time.

Never use both xapo and coinbase as both seems to moniter all of the transaction and also place lots of limitation before you verify your identity. Why not try electrum or blockchain.info wallets as i am using them from start without any verification requirement. Try your luck sending support ticket to xapo support, hope you will get your problem solved.

I think you just did something incorrectly to the instruction that they have during the time you are doing transaction in it. because I've been in xapo so far for good.

I think you just did something incorrectly to the instruction that they have during the time you are doing transaction in it. because I've been in xapo so far for good.
Well I used xapo only for sending or receiving coins.

Once when I was creating a xapo account, I confirmed all the details and after two day I saw that they are saying some issues with personal details confirmation and I was unable to use the service, so I leaved that and decided to create another but after a week I thought that I already have that xapo with my identity, so I decided to go there and fix the issue with the support and when I logger in I found that the account was good and there was no any problem.

As we using xapo wallet, not such a problem with anythings. but if your got problem like this, i guess you need soon upload yours identity information just for make sure you're a right. I don't know this for what, but i guess this just for policy from xapo.

If you got problem like this, you need go to upload "right" identity proof, may there yours has uploaded not valid. but if all was right go to contact support xapo wallet for fixed your account.

Sounds strange that they are collecting their users personal documents just to be able to get their service working. I would say im lucky im not one of the people who sent their documents on xapo.

That there are several causes that you are experiencing. It is likely that your network is not so good, so the xapo does not respond to your input. Maybe you could give your complaint directly into the CS, because if you keep it too long the problem then it would further aggravate the State of

I'm also a Xapo user. Once I had some minor problems when I had to send some extra data to verify my identity and at that time my access to the account was limited. But that was fixed soon and the customer support was good. So, I suggest to contact them, they will tell you waht is the problem and what you should do about it.
