I just took a quick look at the ico page, but from what I saw, it is just a wordpress checkout? That would be super easy to fake volume on, you just need to change a field in the database.

Eth didn't publish ETC, its the hacker that did this as far as i know.
I got a lot of support and got pumped by eth haters as they prefer the previous eth version than what it is now.
