I have asked BW.com two times about the public release for their miner.
Looks like they have no interest for selling their miner except maybe for the large scale customers.

(see this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1429033.60)
First attempt and their response - March 22, 2016:
If it would be possible to get efficient results with undervolting and underclocking, it would be tempting  Smiley

In March 22 I asked BW.com if they are going for a public release with their miner and this the answer I got, I posted it in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1206056.msg14280444#msg14280444
I was curious about the new miner, so I asked BW about it via e-mail.
And I even got a response pretty quickly.  Smiley

Response:
Yes of course. the general release of the new miner is sure to be, but the timing is not yet known exactly.
Our staffer, who deals with these issues now is not in the office.
as will appear more detailed information about it we will tell you, the main thing that you reminded about it in advance

Original message:
Hi! Is BW going to make a general release of the newest (14nm?) miner like
Bitmain has made with Antminer S7 and Canaan Creative has done with Avalon6?
Seems like it would perform more efficiently than these miners above, which
would be great news for miners.

Second attempt and their response - July 13, 2016:
I emailed them again:

Hi!
I see that you recently updated the miner page at BW.com.
When can we expect a public release of the miner? Smiley
They answered:

HI ~
we are miners has no release and if the sale will be published on the web site price.
thx for your questions!

I'm still hoping to get my hands on some of those sweet new chips. Guy I was working with is like 5 weeks behind estimated initial schedule so that's irritating, but we'll see what happens.

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!

B11 isn't even their newest miner.

There is no more specific specs or pictures about the BW.com B16 miner though.
The only thing I know about it is that they advertise the power consumption to be 0.149J/GHs, which is worse than with Antminer S9.

But who knows, maybe they have improved and even the B16 is in the past now and they have new miner for their internal mining.

Sidehack: I hope all the best for your project and thanks for doing efforts for the community mining! I still have 4pcs S1 heatsinks and some fans laying around, so I'll definitely buy boards if you can come up with ones.

I was getting a bit discouraged after a few weeks with no communication but I got a phone call this morning that things are kinda still on track. I'm still shooting for an S1 refit. Let's see if it'll happen before the end of the year.

Go back and re-read.

The spec is "190 watts per TH" not "190 watts per miner".

The B11 is their old "S7 efficiency comparable" unit that they only have sold to large operators and used internally.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
