I was thinking to start a new service

So, I am a web designer and a offshore hosting provider as-well. Plus due to my connections I got some of my hands on Microsoft Keys, although they ain't those expiring ones, but legit ones which I received with servers. Although I have installed linux over all my server and got them spare in hand.

Now my question are,

Can I start a Web-Designing and Hosting thread combo? If I do will I make sales or will it just stay UN-nominated as same?
Can I sell those microsoft keys and are they in demand here? I can let them go for $10 each, every, although I don't have hands on Win10?
Can I get sales on offshore and bulletproof hosting service? I can design them some beautiful and create designs as well along with some surviving niche if they need - will I find customers, again?

Yes these keys also in demand you can open a seperate thread in digital good section of the forum and offer to sell them. but I read somewhere that selling these type of keys is illegal because it is copyright of microsoft property. I don't know so much about that. if it is illegal than bettero to don't.

Dude you can do that,  Create one thread in service section regarding your profile with the skills you can work with and post in there.
People who are like render your service they would definetely take you for your excellent service.

It's possible of course but unless you are good , you won't get any clients. I'd recommend making a thread in the services section and start giving a couple of vouch copies for high ranked members to show people your work (If you don't already have a portfolio)
If you are that good then you should setup good prices because there is a lot of competition in this area (A lot of people are offering design services).
As for the Microsoft keys , If they are from MSDN Subscription then a lot of trusted members may give you negative trust as those keys are known for being revoked after time.

Well i think someone can find customers for almost anything on this forum as the community is too large and there are different kinds of people in this forum with different mindsets and thinking ways, so you should just open your thread in services section and hope for the best.

You can made some observation by looking on service section. Try to seek someone before you that offering the service as same as you're and see everyone's made a good response or not.

If you can't find the service like you did, you can start your own on service section and watch the response.

If you are not selling illegal you can sell those microsoft here but if you are selling illegal microsoft expect to receive negative trust here..
Honestly win10 keys is not just $10 if you buy a legal price.. the other skills many people are looking for a designer but they are looking for CSS designer..

Yes you're right. If you sell illegal services or goods on this board, chances are that moderators will not ban you (unless it is really illegal like bombs or guns (?) (I believe). However, DT will give you a negative red mark which will not only decrease your sales but also 'ban' you on this forums - though, you can still posts normally but you can never be trusted by anyone.

You can get clients for your services although there are several problems, first of all you are a newbie and the community is very distrustful of newbie accounts trying to sell something, Second you will have  a lot of competition and third you need to be good in order to get any kind of money around here.
