please, i need an advice, I have an account with local bitcoins, but got a mail from them stating that, credit deposits smaller than 0.0002 BTC can not be processed, I am just wondering,  what will happen to the transfer fund since it could not be processed?
so i doubt if this transfer will go through.

So is there any online wallet out there that does small processing. I'm new to Bitcoin.

Try xapo. you will need 0.0001 minimum to transfer. 0.0001 bits is like the least amount.
