How hard is it to simply fix one's own fears and anguish than to invent a weapon aimed to permanently stop male reproduction from being enjoyable (without any harmful side effects we can't even make basic medicine without anal leakage) and then, after developing such a weapon on a shoe string budget, passing it along through a male-dominant government of any kind (all of them.)
