True. Anyone who has used PayPal knows that you can file a chargeback 180 days later (one reason why paypal sucks)

True. Taking PayPal from a Newbie is very risky, since it could be from a hacked paypal, or just someone wanting to scam people. No reputation is at stake, so it wouldn't affect you if you scammed.
You know, instead of insulting him, leaving a retaliation feedback and than threatning to dox him, you could have just sent him a PM, said you didn't know and was sorry, and that you will stop trying to buy BTC with paypal for a while. He most likely would have removed your feedback.
You are correct, such acts would trully be given by a negative feedback since all that paypal- bitcoin transaction are reversible as we all know and no one would surely do that kind of method. Instead of insulting the person who give negative feedback he must need to apologize since you have commited mistake at all because those kind of things are really prohibited in this forum.
