For anyone looking to buy this, be aware you cannot withdraw the funds most probably(if its from the student offer). It can only be spent.

I'm not sure about that. I created a account and got the free $10 from them. But today, I made a purchase through Amazon for someone, and those coins are still in escrow, but it allowed me to withdraw the $10 in btc that was initally froze. So, I'm not sure if its a glitch or if it was meant to do that or not.

Probably a glitch, as far as I have seen the funds once claimed through the offer cannot be withdrawn directly. It shows it as unconfirmed in the account, and can only be spent.

As you can see, I've done nothing, except for what I said above. So this may be a workaround for it. Though, I'm not gonna take the time to research it to find out. Maybe this info can help someone else.

I did this on my other account-I bought an item but after a few days the seller cancelled it.I then got the funds back and i could withdraw it.

I asked Purse concerning this, it is "Time Sensitive".. Meaning, give it a little while and then it will be able to withdraw. That is from support. I asked them directly concerning it.
