They have a subdomain only for technical support: https://support.purse.io/
I don't know if that's their first way to contact them anyways, but it's worth a try.

You could always try support@purse.io in order to get them to respond.

They run through cloudflare so I could not get information about an email address on a who.is search and it's also a .io domain so it's harder to get.

The only contact given on their site is: support.purse.io

There's also Facebook and twitter to try to get an answer

Really Guys? You don't think that's spam in itself? For a matter that you said is "solved" it may look to soome like you're trying to rebump this to open it to spammers.
