Well, I cannot do it, but I think someone could use the idea...
Cyprus now has forked the Euro, since the Euro stuck on your Cyprus bank account is stuck there, you might want to exchange it for Euro that is somewhere else, or bribe someone to move it to you... making Cyprus EUR be valued different than ECB EUR
Anyway, now you can bank on it sorta easily, open a bank account on Cyprus, and create a exchange, allow people to buy BTC using Cyprus EUR, and then to sell that BTC for USD or ECB EUR, that way you create a way to facilitate the bank run on Cyprus, but more important, you can profit doing it.
