These are a little more than 8127767 AMP(On Poloniex only 3225772 AMP is now traded) at the prices 18k sat and they sold to them at this price (I am sure, they distributed to them also bonuses!)!  It it wasn't announced anywhere. You understand that they lie to us. And now they speak to simple users to purchase from them twice more expensively at the prices 33k? This fraud!

Yep - a few days ago.  Same time we already answered your questions, not to mention the many times the same answers were publicly posted all around.

So why would someone start a new post, using libel & slander masquerading as an "accusation"?  You know this is false info, and you're just repeating it anyway.

The link was private, and somebody broke that confidence.  There are legal procedures that have to be followed so information is given for all disclosures, etc.  So I guess they made a new link, so that legal process can continue securely.  The fundraising for equity, and the AMP sale are two, very different things, that are done differently.

The pre-sale process is still open for anyone who wants.

Could you please refrain from promoting libel & slander without doing the basic due diligence of finding out if the accuser is not acting out of personal interest, spreading FUD for their imagined gain?

You read this string

- 1st coin offering public
- unknown private sales
- Exchange listing
- unknown private sales
- 2nd coin offering public

That's not exactly how this coin is distributed but close. I think there may have been other coins in the mix for bounties prior to the 1CO and after it. People keep inventing new ways to distribute coins which messes up my model.

A more transparent distribution model that people would be more happy with would be 1COX2CO without the private sales.

Not all icos are scams, ethereum, nxt, xem, stratis, lisk are all profitable coins, not scam. But amp has many rounds of ico, which i consider it as a scam

I said I found nothing wrong with what you did. My point was to be safe and to avoid any confrontation it would be better to read more and research first than to be impulsive in making statements online because they are public. The people on the other side might take it the wrong way. To be honest I really find it odd that the Synereo rep person is being so defensive.

I am always trying to be open and transparent, and no bananas or oranges can change that. My tweet wasn't a statement, it was something like a notice to the Synereo team and looks like they responded (though I'm not sure if SynereoCommunity is one of their official btctalk accounts, but I'm not gonna check it). I'm not sure why someone could take this the wrong way since it is "public" (like the banana and you said) and everyone can check by himself.

And I'm laughing at the defensive & researching parts. I am here with my real name and picture, but all of the sudden some anonymous bananas started jumping on me because of 1 tweet. I'm not the one who should make researches here. Have you all seen the screenshot I gave you? You see something wrong in the tweets? One of the goals of the FailCommunity's twitter account is to be informative and that is why we are listed in thousands of Bitcoin/fintech/cryptocurrency related lists. If I was the one with the scam accusation, you will read more than just a few words. Feel free to check (i.e. research) if I'm talking BS.
