Just so everybody knows he offered me a killer deal on that Batch 1 he just bought - only 750 BTC.

20k/90 = 222 BTC.  Flipping in 2 days for 750?

I would have bought it but I only have 749.93 BTC

No thank you.  With 350BTC I'd rather invest in real estate.

Consider the expected payout at 350 would be ~4 months using OofC's estimates (which include BFL shipping in May), it might be a risk someone is willing to take if they are bullish on btc price...
