This issue is quite complex. India has granted birthright citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants, who were born before 1987. Since 90% of the illegal immigration occurred before 1987, this means that most of these immigrants are now legal Indian citizens. Now no one can stop them from immigrating to tribal inhabited areas such as Nagaland and Mizoram. In fact every year thousands of Muslim men are marrying Naga women and producing mixed race offspring.

Bangladesh has around 160 million people (2012) and a birthrate of 2.2.
If the number you cite are correct then bangladesh shouldn't have much people living in their land in 30 years or rather the immigration will automatically stop because the are no people left to migrate to India.
