Respect for both designs but I vote for the first because the color are more material design and is a bit smaller than the second one, the second one is a bit more complicated.

well it's mean that the winner who putting all of his effort to make a logo will only having a half of promised prize? it's definitely not right especially if the prize were not really high,the winner should deserve what OP just promised before,and changing the rule when the time come to an end is really not right

i will go for this one so that the creator of this logo will not feel sad. Joking! Seriously i like this one because i saw a unique interpretation on this logo.
I don't know why this logo have a few votes but i will surely go for this one.

While both logos look great, this one is clearer, easier to read.
