Why NeoScoin Pumping this week?

I ain't see no potential in this coin, but it was most pumped coin this week.

When you go to Neos website you can read:

Combining convenience, functionality and innovation Neos offers unlimited possibilities and endless flexibility.
(It's sounds ironically, because there's no list of new different functions they can provide to crypto)


I can't see any inovation-functions in this coins, what do you think why it's pumped?
