Hi,

I'm a Php/JS dev, I want to develop a site. I'm looking for a dev and a designer (at least one native English speaker, as my English is way to bad for anyone not to think the site a scam from china  Tongue).

I have a question however: let's say we're three people collaborating on such a project from around the world (I'm in France), Who will own what, and how to be sure one of us just run away with the bitcoins ?

If you use 2 of 3 or 3 of 3 multisig with each collaborator holding one key then you don't have to worry about one (for 2 of 3) or two (for 3 of 3) them running away with the bitcoins. Who owns what, that depends on your agreement.

Actually if your casino/game will use bitcoin only as payment methods than i also suggest to use multisign bitcoin address as cold wallet address so that those funds can only be used if needed and only during distributing profits to partners. But i think you may find a like minded guy there in France also so if you able to find than doing business with written statement is far better. Good luck with your project.

You are already thinking of the people that will run away. How negative could it do more in the future.
If you cant trust someone else why make a group that consist of people you dont really know. Then create something that will be inside your country or your city so you can make a written pact.
