XRP is a centralized coin which more than 50% of the total coins are held by the creators of the coin. Centralized means that if you were to make a transaction with your coins they can choose if to block it or allow it. Basically its like a bank. FLASH is decentralized which means that no one controls it and no one got any free coins. Its the same as BTC.

Well said, all other projects make the coin first then state the problem. Flash found the problem and then made the coin to fix it. Much like BTC did when it say the problem of inflationary fiat and banks grasp on the system and that is why its so valuable today.
