I don't think that is the case. current conditions due to the many problems in the stock market in the past month and the rules in various countries. As a result, many people are still hesitant to re-invest in crypto coins.

I've been viewing the current crypto market. It was dumping over the last three months. However, it bounced up to almost 7k recently. I think 6K price is strong supported price, there are too much investors make order to buy BTC at this value. So It's hard to get lower and its perfect time to buy more BTC because there is good sign for recovery and the price chart is the same as last year. I truly believe that  BTC would go back again.

In my opinion it's hard to guess, various analyzes that say that the market will soon recover in August turned out to be unproven, if the September market hasn't recovered then it will prolly be by the end of the year

It has turned to be a bad decision and now S.Korea lifted the ban on ICO's entirely and I believe when a bit more regulations are set China will lift the ban on ICO's, too.

My personal opinion is that the bull run can start in October, but still that is just my opinion

Cryptocurrency market has a volatile nature and that's why nobody knows when market can falling and when it will bounce back. I think when market is falling, there is a big chance to buy a Bitcoin or a good potential coins at very low price. And hold them till the market will recovers and whenever your buying coins will come back to their high price, then you sell them and definitely you will get good return.
