Thats the second reason for pay sufficient amount so no one thinks to scam you and one more thing that even he recover his account, he would not able to withdraw the funds, i hope you must know about the policy, deposit and withdraw is made to same account. What you are telling is totally not true, because i have some friends who are from pakistan and they give cricket predictions. They are operating online accounts in all sites and it is going very smooth without any problem. I think you wanted to do some scam or else you have no knowledge of how to open a account.

I have used hidemyass premium vpn but along with vpn ID is necessary which i don't have, Thats why i am seeking help of others.

I wasn't callig you as a person fishy and it's possible that this is totally legit, but I would think that they can also shut your account down if someone else makes it for you.

I would think you'd have less  chance for that to happen if you'd use a vpn (always with the same IP address).
