In your current rank, yes you can, but it wont really give them negative trust. It can become basis to future and higher ranking members. As long as you add a reference on why you give someone neg. trust. in terms of how, go to someones profile and click trust and something like this would appear https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=834384 . That is yours and i used it as an example. it's up to you to fill it up.

click the profile of whoever you want to put your trust feedback, click TRUST and fill the form that you will see. remember that trust isn't moderated so you are the only one that is able to remove the feedback you gave

You can just simply go to users profile then  you can see the trust link. By the way you could  leave a negative trust  but still it would be putted  in default maybe  it would be somehow useful for future reference of the user  but still it would not  give any effect to the user  that you have given the negative trust.

first of all, did you got scammed by someone? If yes, you should open scam accusation about him in scam accusation section, and leave him negative trust + with vaild reference, (you already know how to do that because people on above always keep repeat how to do that, (lol))

All you have to do:

1. Click on a users profile (whom you want to leave negative trust for)

2. Scroll down and click on the trust link.

3. At the top it should say 'Leave feedback'.

Go to scam accusation section and provide all the details how the accused scammed. If their is a misunderstanding between two of you, opening a scam thread against him would give him a fair chance to post his side also.Do not give neg trust to anyone without some good resons
