Every single one of you who spouted your disgustingly vile venom over the DAO White Hats can now use this thread to apologise personally to them. What's most disgusting to me is that in all this DAO attack shit storm these were the gud guys yet that didn't stop many individuals on here posting vile unsubstantiated libellous comments. I will be going through these forums digging out the names of all individuals who now owe these gud guys an apology.

Get started.

Personally i wouldnt because its become very clear they planned to dump the ETC in an attempt to destroy the coin and use the funds to support ETH in unspecified ways.  Not exactly attempting to get the best value for those you claim to be protecting as best you can.

It wasnt until the exchanges froze their shit (and the threats of lawsuits landed) so they couldn't carry their plan through that they suddenly had an attack of honesty.

Did you even read any of the hard work that they've been up to? It would have been easier and quicker for them to return the ETC as ETH in a contract hence their actions. The exchanges froze it as a precaution. But no because of all you idiots and your pathetically libellous claims they had to put in extra work to create an ETC refund contract. For all their hard work these guys are getting a donation of 50% of my DAO ETC criminal coin.

Now start apologising.

Well, hey, after they were caught by Polo and *couldn't* finally, cash in (even though in my opinion, they should not have been stopped by Polo, for sake of fungibility), they had no other possibility than to do something of the kind.  However, the market manipulation with this kind of stunt is in any case a fact.

If a thief gets caught by a police officer, and, with a gun on his head, he gives back the content of the safe, that is no proof that in the end, he didn't steal anything because "after all, he gave it back", right ?

That said, I think they should have kept it.   But unfortunately, ethereum (both versions) not being a fungible chain, that would have been technically impossible.  This is another demonstration of the failure of traceable block chains without anonymity built in.

Returning the ETC as ETC was the easy option.

But as they got caught trying to dump it and they were publicly well known so couldnt get away with it they now find themselves in the situation where they have a mix of ETC they need to try retrieve from the exchanges that caught them as well as ETH and BTC they managed to get by dumping on some other exchanges who didnt freeze it.  They made their own lives harder not easier.

I did read about their hard work trying to use the funds they supposedly retrieved to help the DAO investors to crash the ETC price while pumping the ETH price and support the ETH project.   Hard work manipulation markets is not an action i appreciate and im far from alone.

I suspect if they hadnt been caught red handed none of the DAO investors would have seen a fraction of their coins back.  THE WHG/RHG should have returned the ETC to the DAO investors and let them decide what they want to do like they claimed they would instead of using it to further their own goals.

So yeah they certainly havent earned an apology.  In fact their actions earned them just condemnation.  Where if they had followed through with what they claimed they would they would be rightly considered CC legends.

But no it seems anyone related to the ETH team has only their own interests at heart.  I would seriously consider that fact before investing in anything ETH related.  Unless your goals are alligned with the foundations at any moment your likely to get screwed.

To me the title of the thread should be Thanks to Poloniex for forcing the hands to White Hats hackers, what they planned to do was to me worse than what the Black hat hacker did, without consulting with the DAO investors they decided to dumped their ETC coins on the market and keep the money for themselves, they keep hiding under the law of Switzerland.

I think so. The white hacker should talk to the DAO holders before they distribute the ETC or sell the ETC.

THe ones that should be apologizing are the ones that told people to sell all of their ETC because when the hacker got its coins it would go back to 0. Not only it didn't go down, but it went to 25 again.

In any case, I have cleared my positions and have nothing to do with Ethereum. I may get in eventually if I see some situation that can deliver profits.

Neither the "black hats" nor "white hats" had legal authority to steal property so stop...
Which makes them exactly equal under the law = not important enough for any legal authority to care...
(And anyone who put more than $10 into the absurd "The DAO" deserved to be bitched slapped anyway).

Maybe the Ethereum Foundation can avoid being hijacked by sleazy grifters for a few months...
Long enough to see if any of the apps in the pipeline can get meaningful users (1000s daily required).

ETH is a tx gas, not a currency... and ETH transactions have stalled for 4 months since May.

If your bold was even true, which after reading the white hatters work it clearly is not, at least they did the right thing in the end. Something your DAO attacker ETC criminal coin supporter will NEVER do.

I gotta admit i am harsh on Poloniex all the time but i liked the stunt they pulled freezing funds.
Although out of principle i think they should have left the funds alone.
It's not their job to decide how people spend their money..
Provide the facilities and get out of the way.

Anyway..
All i see is manipulation galore with this Ethereum scammy bullshit since day 1.

I seen it coming a mile away in 2014.
I think most of you did too but you just went quiet and traded in the hopes of getting money from the scheme.

Taking part in corrupt sketchy schemes for money is ..well.. STUPID.
Why ? Because it's risky.. duh LOL
But if that is what you all as a majority want to do in the Altcoin scene then go hard.
I will laugh at you though.
Even if some of you post topics like "There is nothing funny about the DAO Hack"
Or repeatedly run around saying "there is nothing funny" when various "schemes" fall apart.
i am looking at you Spartak Wink

Hell ya it's funny and hell ya i am gonna laugh.
I am gonna get 1 millimeter from you face and SCREAM BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURN and laugh obnoxiously.
You all (the majority in control) deserve it !

It would be different if these users were duped with no warnings etc.
But come on.. you all know better.
I am suppose to feel sorry for greedy retards who plan on taking massive risks fro profit ?

Anyway.. the OP here (Minecache)
Is a creepy Bag-Holder Shill.
I have every reason to believe he was instrumental in the big ETH hype/spam campaign early 2016
..using multiple accounts here (probably with help from others)
In conjunction with some market manipulation . pumping.
And when there is PUMPS.. there is DUMPS LOL
You don't get one with out the other people  Roll Eyes
We know because "Butters' admitted to dumping 25% of his "holdings" at a key point after the hype/pump.

Have you all noticed how we have seen more and more corruption and shady sketchy shenanigans with Ethereum ?
It seemed like you all just cried FUD early on.
But i think you are all seeing it eventually with your own eyes.
And are FINALLY after all this time FINALLY believing it !
Which means ? RISK !

I don't see all these dipshits working hard at getting their "innovative" APP's platform adopted.
I see a shitload of "investors" fucking with the market prices.
Price manipulation is all they are working at.. not ADOPTION of "smart contracts".
I'm curious did most of you have some dreamy stary eyed fantasy about the entire world using DAPPS ?
Did you really fall for this stupid ICO scam "gimmick" ?
Or did you know it was bullshit back n 2014 and simply played along for profits ?

See how fast everyone dropped it and dived onto Steem ? hahahahha
These shiotcoin ICO scammy "profiteers" don't give 2 shits about any "coin"
or adoption.
They "care" about Profits.. not "coins"

No joke, this Altcoin scene has morphed in time into nothing but one big giant Ponzi/Pyramid Scheme.
And NO.. that is not a good thing  Cheesy

Remember when i just mentioned "Adoption" ?
You think all this ICO pyramid scheme profit shit is going to be good for global adoption ?
Nope.
You are all shooting yourselves in the foot.. for chump change (as usual)

All i ever see is the majority hard at work being greedy morons digging themselves a hole
that will be harder & harder to dig out of if you all choose to do so one day.

Altcoins are a stain.
They are a disease on Bitcoin.
Altcoins make Bitcoin look scammy and worth less.

Smart Bitcoin supporters would be distancing themselves from Altcoin scamtardery
But instead what do we see ?
The BTC whales etc running to ALT's to push "Schemes" for profit.
They too are idiots.

Bottom Line:
The OP here is a fraud and his Ethereum coin is a scam.

FUD first & ask questions later™
