Yes my wallet has been in sync since the windows wallet was released, ubuntu wallet works fine as well so I am unsure of your problem.... did you label the .conf as TomorrowCoin ?

Create a file tomorrowcoin.conf with this:

Put file tomorrowcoin.conf in - C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\TomorrowCoin
Just checked - all synchronized.
If does not work, check your antivirus and firewall
