As that saying, we at first rather not hear, about "sometimes bad things, bring on solutions that put you in much better shape before a bad thing" Yes a coin hacking is tragic, but out the other end comes out a much better scenario. We are now hardening every aspect of every part of the process on the web wallet which is what was compromised. Adding Authy  (authy is better than GA since when you change your phone Authy travels with you and GA stays with the phone and does not travel with you) 2FA, and anything over 1M coin will require 2FA, also many internal changes to the security of the system are being implemented, lots of hardening of the web wallet.

Wallet will be open Nov 8. but relisting will take a few more days. In the mean time we are going to set up a BTC option to cash out and a one time ICO offer, basically 1-2 weeks while we get relisted. We will list conditions and price on nolimitcoin.org.

I am not the Dev but my guess is because it would not be fair for you to buy and take advantage of a hack. The Dev was hacked we should all be supporting him and follow his instructions until further notice because he is making things right for all of us by releasing nlc2 and swapping us 1x1. He is doing the right thing instead of just saying sorry everyone I was hacked its all over he is immediately releasing nlc2 swapping us 1x1 and getting back on the market and is even making things better for us because I am not smart when it comes to digital coins but am guessing since the nlc2 will be released with a lot less than nlc1 I would guess that makes what we own more rare which should be better for us. Maybe I am wrong because I am dumb when it comes to digital coins an the stock market but am a expert when it comes to fantasy sports. Klessard34 is correct. Smaller premine are giving legit holders a big benefit and that is to own coin in a much smaller pool of 200M on NLC 2.0 VS 1.4 Billion for NLC 1.0. Also hackers should not be rewarded, so this is why we insist not to buy now at any price. Its like purchasing counterfeit money, does not make sense. 

The beauty of the blockchain is that we where able to ID the hacks and dump and isolated them in 15 minutes of study, and also take care of all the other wallets that is done. 

We cant honor purchases after the first dump. We have taken the balances from 11/2 and swapped.
