These 2 coins will both release the full nodes in the near future.

Stratis roadmap shows the full nodes will be released in December.

Waves roadmap said they would complete the roadmap after ICO coin distribution, but it has been already 2 months after ico ended. And you guys know waves team is delaying, delaying and delaying.

So, which one will release the full nodes first? Your opinions? IMO Stratis will be earlier than waves.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Stratis will since the framework is being built upon NBitcoin which Nicolas has already been developing for over 2 years and is a almost complete version of the Bitcoin core in C#. This is where the argument comes in that people have no clue when we praise a projects potential and they call us shilling. Waves will only release framework of Sasha's custom nodes in his new Ferrari.

Stratis might just win and will release the first. Waves team will always want to check what happen to the rest of the coin and will try to find ways when is the right time to release the full nodes.  They are probably now in the phase where they ar checking which is their direct competitors and are seeing how thier competitors do it.  And they could wait forever, maybe until 2018.

Lamborghini sold world wide in 2014 - 2,530
Nissan sold world wide in 2014 - 5,310,064

http://appliedscala.com/blog/2016/scala-popularity/

Waves platform written in Scala - placed 30th with 0.9% in tutorial search
Stratis platform written C# - placed #4 with 8.8% in tutorial search

I have no problem wave platform targeting small niche market with very few programmers programming in scala,
while Stratis dominate the market with C# opening up the blockchain technology to massive pool of programmers.

Good luck to Waves and happy waiting

Waves can be the Lambo
Stratis is happy to be Nissan

Wow, why are you even comparing Stratis with Waves? They are very different project, they don't even compete with each one. I am on Waves since ICO and know what is going on, full nodes are being tested in Waves it is been a long time and they are probably going to be realeased with the assets coded at the same time as you can see here: https://blog.wavesplatform.com/waves-weekly-no-7-3a0558111dae#.5fmd34f9i

Stratis offers a turnkey solution that enables developers and businesses to develop, test and deploy blockchain-based applications quickly and easily, and without the costs and security concerns that would otherwise arise from an in-house implementation. Waves is a blockchain solution that implement assets, fiat gateways for easy crowdfunding, plugins for third party develop their own features, off chain messaging system and its own vision of smart contracts (different from eth). See how different they are?

Waves will release them earlier. In three months, that will be done, for sure. Sacha is not a very talkative guy, so you don't know what's going on but it's definitely not stopped. I plan on the beginning of November.

last testnet of the full node release has been running stable for a week now, bug bounty/ bounty for crashing the network will be announced this week.  only reason to think waves will not be fully released in the next three weeks would be if a major flaw is discoverred during the testnet.....
Of course waves could have released the full node before it had been thoroughly tested calling it a pre alpha release (dont know what the fuck that even means), then like most projects out there it could have kept updating the clients as problems were resolved, but Sasha doesn't want to release waves until it is production ready.

all this makes sense when you consider that waves has a lot of production ready assets lined up and ready to take a risk with waves once it is ready.  If waves had messed up the initial code and had released with the network layer the way it was set up through scorex  it would have put those partnerships in jeapordy.
