So I have started using GUIMiner with Open CL Miner, and I had a couple questions.  After running for a while, under the summary, it says "Accepted" and under that it says 1021(88)  I assume it means I have accepted 1021 shares from the mining pool, but what does the (88) mean? Let me try and put up a screenshot:

See what I mean?

What is your thread setting?  Off the top of my head the first number is the amount completed since the miner started.  The number in the parentheses is the amount that is currently being worked on.

I am not sure how to with GUIminer.  It is probably dependent on your video cards, if you are GPU mining (which you probably are).

I just started mining like five days ago but I found this thread when I had the same question, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=21925.0. In case you dont read it, pretty much says the number in parentheses is that which have occurred in the last hour.
