Im looking for a faucet script preferably free or cheap that can payout in both faucetbox and xapo, and have a simple registration system. Is there anything like this out there?

You can find a lot of faucet scripts in this forum and in google. Just type in the search bar and hit "search". You will need to do some coding whether you are a coder or not though. It is not simple as installing a wordpress theme.

I don't think there is any such script that can pay through faucet box as well as xapo but you can try mini faucet script that may solve your problem.

You can try to find a faucet with threshold, or better, 2 faucets with threshold, one faucetbox and one xapo and try to edit the withdraw page to offer this 2 options, so you will need knowledge to edit the sql tables in php form...
Why you don't open 2 faucets? 1 xapo and 1 faucetbox? I think is more simple and you don't will need help
