Maybe what you say is true, but if everyone would start trading there, I think Mercatox would be such a big trade like Bittrex / Poloniex, but if you prefer to trade egaas in exchange c-CEX / Yobit, I prefer c -CEX than Yobit exchange, many complaints of there in case of withdrawal or doposit funds, very slow to do that ..

I don't even try this exchange and do not have any experience in it., but if it will add there there surely I will create an account on that exchange . There's many exchanger in the market just add it so we can start trading.

Yes many ICO get listed on exchange few days after the crowdsale finish, but not always, i don't know this is only in my mind or else think the same, a several ICO finish at end of 2016 didn't get listed on exchange, seems they need a long time to prepare the token to be listed on exchange and sometimes make a bored.

No, it is a disadvantage because they need funds. Without a good amount of trading to generate interest, the second ICO might not go well. Unless they have investors lined up, refusing to pay the 3 BTC to Bittrex is shortsighted.

The snarl-like developments and updates from devs after first ICO may have an effect on how well the second ICO will be. I just hope Egaas is not another ICO scam. The devs barely communicate with the community and No Exchange has listed Egaas until now and it's over 30 days already since first ICO ended.
