it's weird, I have not any problems, but you can check your system clock,
I have experience with other POS coins that system time must be synced and correct,
you can use Atomic Clock application to do this.

btw, try redownload your blockchain again after it. Good Luck

This happens when you stake at the same time as someone with a higher net weight that you. They get the stake and you get the not accepted. it happens, and sorry to say it will continue to happen. the good news is you will get some of them, but those with higher net weight will get stake before you do.

I will try and help as good as I can but can you please try and rephrase your problem/question so i and others can understand it?

From what i am reading it looks like if you have putin wallet running that tell wallet wont open, not sure how that is possible, it doesnt check for wallet process it checks to see if it can lock on the chain in the data folder.

Can you post the error message please.

i check even my system clock and delete all files except wallet.dat then sync it from the beginning ... but again same things coming ..
i mean .. it is staking but first mined transaction dont validate but after 5 min or 10 min next transaction does work fine..
might be so many user do the staking ... but in other coin like trump and Net coin it does happen very seldom
