This is probably a real N00b question, I'm not really familiar with Skrill but I notice this is accepted by some traders unlike Paypal. I'm puzzled by this because I thought they were almost the same?  Could someone tell me what makes Skrill more appealing to traders?

I think Skrill will not do the charge back.

I would like to know too. I think it's because paypal is notorious for screwing people over.

paypal is evil. that's why many have boycotted them.
