What are some crypto friendly banks?

Only one I know is Fidor in Germany.

Banks are generally in opposition to cryptocurrency. If they notice that you are trading cryptocurrency there is high chance your account will be closed.
I can tell you for sure that American banks are not friendly towards cryptocurrency, to name a few: Chase, Citibank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo.

Maybe in your country the banks will be in the favor of bitcoin but in a lot of areas I am seeing that banks do not like bitcoin as according to them it is against their business and with bitcoin they think that people will then not keep their money in banks but will keep in bitcoin.

I think bank will never friendly with the crypto but they can friendly with the systematic of crypto, maybe there are some bank is giving a freedom for their member for trading cryptocurrency but in my region the bank is allowed for doing that.

I have tried to talk to my banks in Canada before and they looked at me like i slide a not to them saying i was gonna rob them LOL

It would depend on WHERE you are.
i live in Canada for example and what matters to me is Canadian banks then..

People in Crypto are idiots that shoot their mouth off lots.
They know virtually nothing about any aspect of it all never mind the traditional financial system in place.

Such as what percentage of you know about the different types of Banks in Canada ?
That are classified as Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 banks etc.
So..
We have to admit that since Credit Unions do not have to abide by much of the normal rules normal banks have to follow they are sort of not really a bank.. in the EXPECTED sense.

Schedule 1 banks in Canada for example have to allow citizens to open an account.
A credit Union does not and will run a credit check and interview on you first and often deny you.

There is only about 6 Schedule 1 banks in Canada total.
Such as "Royal bank" "CIBC" "Scotia Bank" "BMO" etc
Those are REAL banks !

So as per topic title you have to ask yourself.. what REAL bank accepts a crypto-currency ?

And by the way the banks in my country consider BTC related transactions as sketchy.
Don't believe me then Go tell them at BMO etc that you sent BTC funds to Paypal and are now trying to cash out from Paypal to your bank and see the look on their face LOL

Many independent credit unions are happy to play ball, as they are often separate from the big money that usually opposes crypto.  But if they have to they'll freeze your assets like anyone else when shit hits the fan, no where is truly safe.  But generally smaller organizations will put you under less scrutiny.

Stop using banks. Convert your money to bitcoins where you can have full control of your money. But you should learn to secure it well. That responsibility also comes with luxury of freedom with any of your valuables.

The good news is you don't even need banks to convert bitcoins to fiat, you can easily load your bitcoins on a virtual/plastic debit card from uquid, wirex etc. and withdraw from atms worldwide.

Bear in mind just because something is being done..
Does not mean it has any level of approval.

Take Paypal for example..
It expressly says in their TOS that you are forbidden from using ANY virtual currency with their service.
(this rule dates back as far as 2012 probably longer)
Yet before Crypto got big in 2013 they were happy to ignore the matter when..
Users were using Paypal at Virwox to buy & Sell "Lindens" a (PC game) "Second Life" credit / token.
Or take "coins" for example..

Many users do get away with "doing it" for a long time..
Because much of the system is fully automated.
But they will eventually catch up to you and freeze your account and possibly take your money etc.

They are far more strict than any normal banks !
As i alluded to earlier.
Go for it.. go tell them you are sending money to your account via Bitcoin proceeds.
And see the reaction you get..

Banks are not stupid.. they do not risk and uncertainty.
And scammy free market coins and Silk Road BTC is not exactly an appealing concept to them.
Nor are there such things as "small" Banks.
Look up "Banks" on Wikipedia guys.. don't blur the meaning of the term to spin Altcoin bullshit.
