Always use escrow. That should be your number 1 rule in this forum. Green trust doesnt mean a shit because account sales are allowed. There are free escrow services. Next time use them.

Please make a proper scam report: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

can lessen the risk but doesnt mean that it is safe too because like what you said selling accounts allowed. escrows are those with green light. just my opinion but diesnt mean anything but to not to trust anybody around here.

HAVE neg repped the user and will remove after he resolves this

there are few reasons one is hacked or second is account already sold but in this $10 is cheap when he attempts to scam so there is  some reason we should wait to know.

Escrow wouldn't help because you can still chargeback 180 days after the transaction. Sure Escrow would help the trade finish, but there's nothing that can stop the trader form attempting a chargeback until 180 days have past.

So,you mean to say he has not scammed and the proofs are fake ?
and why he has left negative trust to @KWH for posting about password change and possibly bought out account ?
He should have posted on this thread and defended if he has not scammed

It's absolutely ridiculous seeing how this forum rewards and protects older, more reputable users. For instance, if I had a negative trust rating, it would  probably show in all red and scary, with a "Caution!"

However, for him it's all nice and yellow, less intimidating. Lmao, what is this? Anybody care to explain?

Is this due to the recent dark market access to the bitcointalk.org database that Quickseller was talking about?  Has the forum been hacked recently?  It does appear that quite a few people are trying to scam with hacked accounts.

If the original Backside walkaround can prove to me they are the old owner of this account, I can update the email address to the email address of their choosing.
Backside walkaround has lost access to their account as they used someone else's email address to sign up, and the owner of the email address got tired of random email notifications from this site after a few months and reset the password.

I was going to say that, but don't worry, I think people are just panicking and overthinking it. The recent attack was a DDoS attack, Theymos said there was no data theft. There has been a lot of "wrath" from kids who purchased Bitcointalk.org accounts and scammed people, then bragged about it on the forums later with other accounts. However, if you changed your password since the last attack (over a year ago), you should be good.

No, I'm not saying that he is not a scammer, but for me it was a little bit strange.  Roll Eyes

My account has been hacked as stated above from the hacker. In the screenshot provided I would've asked you to send your coins to my 1Logic address that was in my signature and not the one sent to you by Pm.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please let me know if you have sent CrackedLogic any money by pm or a post here. Please reconsider changing it to neutral feedback stating that this account has been hacked during this period and regained by myself.
